Can I customize an outfit?

Yes! Choose colors, embroidery styles, and silhouettes to make your little one’s outfit truly unique.

How do I care for Arani's outfits?

Hand wash gently or dry clean. Fine fabrics and embroidery need a little extra love.

Can I get my order gift-wrapped?

Absolutely! Just select the “Gift Wrap” option during checkout.

How long will my order take?

Each piece is made to order and ships within 7–10 days in India.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Since every outfit is custom-made, we don’t accept returns or exchanges, but we are happy to assist with alterations if needed.

Can I order the same outfit in multiple sizes?

Yes! Perfect for siblings, cousins, or group photoshoots.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within India. International shipping may be available soon—stay tuned!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

Do you make outfits for special occasions like weddings or birthdays?

Yes! Each outfit is handcrafted to suit your celebration’s theme and your child’s personality.

Can I request a matching accessory?

Yes! From bows, clips to hairbands, we can create coordinating pieces to complete the look.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it has been processed by the brand / seller. You will receive a full refund in this case.

Here is how to cancel your order:

  • Log in to your account and go to My Account
  • Select the appropriate order from 'My Orders'
  • Click on 'Cancel Order' for the items) you want to cancel, individually
  • Select the reason and confirm the cancellation

Once you are done, we will send you an acknowledgement of the cancellation. Remember, you won't be able to cancel an order after 24 hours of order being placed.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive a refund in the source account within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation. If the payment was made by redeeming your PhonePe wallet balance, then a refund in the source account within 5-7 business days from the time of order cancellation.

Defective Product Exchange (Applicable for Domestic Orders Only)

In the rare case that you receive a defective item, we do offer an exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The exchange request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Sufficient proof of the defect (images or video) must be submitted via email to helloaranilabel@gmail.com.
  • Once approved, the defective item must be shipped back to us at your cost. We do not offer reverse pick-up services.
  • Include the original invoice and a note specifying the desired exchange inside the return package.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, our team will confirm the exchange via phone or email.
  • The replacement item will be shipped to you free of charge.
  • If the requested product is unavailable, you may select another item of equal or higher value. The price difference can be paid through our website.

Note: Products are not eligible for exchange if no defect is found after inspection.
