Refund policy
However, we are happy to assist with alterations whenever possible.
Defective Product Exchange (Domestic Orders Only)
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer an exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- The exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Clear images or videos showing the defect must be emailed to helloaranilabel@gmail.com.
- Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us at the customer’s cost (reverse pickup is not available).
- Please include the original invoice and a note mentioning the exchange request inside the package.
After receiving and inspecting the product:
- Our team will confirm the exchange via email or phone.
- The replacement item will be shipped free of charge.
- If the same product is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal or higher value by paying the price difference.
Note:
Products will not be eligible for exchange if no defect is found after inspection.
Non-Eligible Items
- Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only if an exchange cannot be processed.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
